Clíona Kimber is a Senior Counsel and Member of the Inner Bar of Ireland. She specialises in civil law, in particular employment and equality law. She has acted as lead Counsel in many test cases before Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court as well as before specialist tribunals. She published a number of books on employment law. She is Chair and co- founder member of Comhshaol- Climate Bar Association and is former Chair of the Employment Bar Association. Clíona is an accredited mediator with CEDR and is currently Chair of a Research Group on a Model Environmental Law which is examining the role of arbitration in resolving environmental disputes.
