Some disputes will turn on a point of law,  or the interpretation of a contractual term. However, we recognise that many disputes are more complex and may require evidence, (factual and/or expert).  Disputes may further require oral submissions  or witness statements. In all of these situations, our platform offers integrated functionality of video link hearings so that the parties, their experts, and advisors, can participate remotely in the hearing.
